PHP / Typo3
Typo3 is free framework for developing medium as far as large websites. It bases upon PHP and is usually used with a MySQL database. But is's also supporting other databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
Typo3 is a great possibility for developers to create websites in a more less short period of time. Nevertherless developing with Typo3, the programmer has a lot of freedom, flexibility and many ways to reach the objective.
It also allows customers or site owners to modify or create new page content easily.
